This quartz glass sleeve is from a Vecton 400 15W UV sterilizer that was in operation for 12 years, designed to house a 15W T8 UV sterilizer lamp safely without blocking the UV output. The plastic parts of the Vecton 400 degraded, but the quartz tube is still in great shape. There is a slight outline of mineral buildup near the inlet that won't affect its functionality.
