On offer is a Japanese middle/late Edo Period Iron Sword Guard (Tsuba), suitable for a Katana Sword.Please refer to the photos for the exact dimensions. Please note that the thickness of the Tsuba may very across its entire surface. Please note that I wouldn't consider my self an expert in Katana related items, although I have decent experience with Japanese natural sharpening stones (Tennen Toishi) and traditional straight razors (Kamisoris). It comes with a wooden case. Recently sourced directly from Japan. 

Condition Report: Please see photos attached. Any major fault/issue will be displayed. For its age, this Tsuba is in remarkable condition. Such Sukashi Tsubas is in this condition are getting increasingly hard to source at reasonable prices.

Payment: eBay now manages my payments, so you have a choice of payment methods. Payment within 72 hours of the sale please. Shipping: I will ship the item as soon as possible but it may take up to 3 business days. Please inform me prior to bidding  if you need the item any sooner. I will try my best to accommodate your need. For customers outside the UK, this item will be shipped via eBay's Global Shipping Programme. This means I will send it to the UK centre and after that eBay will do the rest. They will take care of the taxes due and charge you for them alongside their shipping fee. You will get the exact added amount at the checkout. I don't have any control over those charges. They will also be responsible for any damage during the transportation. The item will arrive to you without any further action needed from your side.  

Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days provided the item is in the same condition as at the point of sale. Buyer is responsible for return postage. However, if the item was misdescribed and it was my fault then I will cover all associated costs. I will pay for the return postage and also cover the original shipping fee. Please contact me before starting a return as some reasons are negatively affecting the eBay account's metrics.
