NSD CORP.  RS-04008 ROTARY SWITCH RS04008 Okuma, Masak The part # is not visible but I am pretty sure I have the right part # but just in case here are the measurements. switch body 1.575  OD  Threaded holes are .75 center to center The boss on top of the switch is 1.025. There are 9 wires making it an 8 position switch. I have tested all 8 positions and they all work. This was removed from an Okuma lathe.
