This is a copy of Action Comics #250 VG (4.0) DC Comics 3/59.  There are corner creases+ corner missing, approx 1 1/2" tear bottom spine, staining on back, approx 1/2" tear bottom back edge and stress lines and nicks along the spine and edges and on the covers. There are stains, creases and age discoloration on inside pages.
