All returned items must be in original, non-damaged condition, including:

Returns missing any components may be refused.

2. Restocking Fee

 

• A minimum 30% restocking fee applies to all returns not due to defect or misdescription.

• If the item has been opened or used, the restocking fee will increase.

• Depending on condition, up to 50% may be deducted if the item is returned heavily used, damaged, or missing packaging/accessories.

• Factory-sealed units that are opened can no longer be sold as new and will incur value deductions.

4. IMEI & Fraud Protection

 

To protect both buyer and seller:

• Every device’s IMEI/serial number is recorded and photographed before shipping.

• If a returned device does not match the original IMEI, no refund will be issued.
