I bought this new!! I have used this flawlessly for about 3 months while I was waiting on fiber. This does require a phone plan and a SIM card. I don’t know if it’s locked or not, I already have Att for my phones.

The plastic is still on the front and some finger prints. No scratches or scuffs of any kind. The battery was never used. I kept it plugged in. Comes with original box!!
