This original steering wheel was retrieved before the car (full of rot) was crushed. Only 40%-50% of the wood remained and the hub was toast. So I removed the wood, polished up the spokes leaving a little patina, sourced BeachWood (the original wood used in the 60’s), and re-rimmed it. The wood “profile” was replicated, an E-Type billet hub attached, AND a new horn attached!!!
