Up for sale is a " Vintage ☆ 1991 Playmates ☆ Disney ☆ TALE SPIN ☆ KIT CLOUDKICKER ☆ Action Figure ☆ NOC (New on Card) ". The header card is approx. 8 1/2" wide x 11 1/4" tall. I have inspected the item closely and found an issue where the clear plastic blister packaging has pulled away from the header card in one area (see close-up).
