This leather hat is the Balance by Steampunk Hatter line by Head' N Home. It was handmade by American Hat Makers in California, USA. Their top hats are meticulously constructed from premium-quality materials, ensuring their durability and longevity. It is a size Large, fitting a 7 3/8.  This hat was a display model so it was tried on and handled a lot in the store setting. It does not have its tags. It is a little dusty from sitting.  The inside sweat band is loose. That is the imperfection part along with a little scuffing that could easily be taken care of with some TLC, please see pictures.
