This appears unused and in great condition. There are stencil shape designs on the ruler. There are 2 Mickey mini figures and 1 Goofy figure climbing up the ruler like a ladder (not sure if those are original to the ruler but they sure are cute). They hands are clasping the ruler and they can be moved around or removed completely. Some of the color on the figures are fading due to age. 

The ruler has a few scuffs from storage and has small dents where the hands of the figures are holding on to the ruler.
