These decals are digitally printed using Eco-Solvent inks on air-release outdoor rated vinyl.  These multi-colored decals are die cut around the edge of the image.  

After manufacture there is a matte finish clear vinyl transfer tape applied to it for protection during shipping and assists in ease of application.  This transfer tape is easily removed after application.
