Step-by-step (safe approach):
1) Turn ignition off and disconnect negative battery terminal.
2) Passenger side: remove lower trim panel under the dash (and glovebox if needed).
3) Locate blower motor housing; resistor pack is mounted in the air duct nearby.
4) Unplug connector, remove retaining screws/clips, slide resistor pack out.
5) Fit replacement, secure, reconnect plug.
6) Reconnect battery, test all fan speeds, then refit trims.
