Hello, This listing is for one new 1958-1960 and 1962-1966 Impala Steering Wheel Horn Contact Kit. This is new. These are all the parts right under the Horn Ring and are to repair the horn action when you press down. Metal spring plate is 2 1/2" dia, white plastic spacer is 1 3/4" dia and red insulator bushing is 2" dia.
