Are these bed sheet clips easy to install?

I installed these according to the steps in the pictures. Just assemble the bed sheet holder, place it under the mattress, wrap it with the mattress or bed cover, and secure it with the sheet straps.
Will this bed sheet fasteners fit all beds?

Fits single, double, queen and king size beds, not suitable for round beds and cribs.
Is it better than an elastic band?
