Antique glass block paperweight advertising A. Smith & Stevens, electrical engineers of lifts and hoists based in Battersea, London.  A solid glass block measuring approx. 10cm by 6cm, with acid engraved / etched and coloured design to the underside.  It’s free from chips, but has some deep scratches running down the surface, as per the photos.
