Ching T’ai-Lan Cloisonne Plate ‘the Long-Tailed Titmouse’ Blue Enamel Plate. Please see the 2nd and 3 rd picture for the coloring of the plate. The first photo came out much darker than it really is. The back enamel is chipping a bit (see photo). Otherwise this is an excellent plate!!
