New, old stock. This phone has never been used but it is an old model. Verizon has discontinued its 3G network. So I do not think this can ever be activated again (Not sure). The phone works fine and the battery holds a charge, but I am unsure how it can be used due to the termination of the Verizon 3G network in the USA. If you intend to use this with Verizon, please contact Verizon to ask if this phone can still be activated somehow. I cannot take returns for that reason.
