Antique Sterling Silver Washington D C Souvenir Spoon 5-3/4” Eagle Top

It looks like this has a repair to the back or else it was a flaw in the making – it Is where the wheel is – Front of spoon is ok (I don't see a repair) – so I think it could have been in the making.  See pictures 8 and 9.  The last picture shows the from (hatchet) and I can't see a repair. Sold as is

The rest of the spoon looks great.  Nice detailing
