This listing is for the item in the photos.  Condition is brand new and unopened, sealed in original segmented bag.  There is no outer box, these were released as blind-box figures, so the box had to be opened after purchasing to find out which one you got.  This figure series is roughly 4-inch scale.  This is the extremely rare full-body figure series, not the more common "bust-style" figure series that they did for Capcom Fighting Jam around the same time.  This is also the much harder to find "Player 1" color version of the figure, which is the character's original color scheme.
