THIS VEHICLE HAS A REBUILT  FLORIDA TITLE. THE  FOLLOWING WAS REPAIRED . THE HOOD, FRONT BUMPER, GRILLE, BOTH FINDERS WERE REPLACE AND PAINTED. THE PASSENGER SIDE HEADLAMP  WAS ALSO REPLACE. THE AIRBAGS WERE DEPLOYED HAVE BEEN REPLACED AND THE AIRBAG COMPUTER WAS RESET, NO DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO ENGINE OR TO THE  DRIVE-TRAIN OF THE VEHICLE .ALL PARTS THAT WERE USED ARE OEM QUALITY.

Terms Of Auction

READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AUCTION BEFORE PLACING A BID.

Your bid is a contract: Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from us. If you don't  follow up on your purchase you will be reported to Ebay's Safe Harbor and we will submit your user name to Ebay's  Non-paying Bidder program. If you bid you must be ready to buy if you are the winning bidder. ONLY BID IF YOU ARE A REAL BUYER AND YOU ARE OVER 18 YEARS OLD. NON-PAYMENT BIDDERS WILL BE PROSECUTED.

Inspection terms: If bidder wishes to inspect vehicle it must be done before placing a bid and must contact us for an appointment. If buyer is going to use a third party it must be a licensed company or a local new car dealer that sells the make and model that is been auctioned. If using a third party all cost for inspection must be paid by bidder in advance before inspection. When you bid that means that you are satisfied with vehicle and understand if you are the winning bidder you must follow the terms of sale.

Mileage: We have stated the mileage the vehicle has at time of photos. The vehicle may be used during the Ebay auction so mileage will change.  The vehicle may have more miles at time of delivery.

Terms of Sale: When buying a vehicle from Nova Auto Sales  on Ebay auctions you agree to purchase it as is where is and pay a $399.00 vehicle preparation fee that Applies to Everyone (This fee covers all paper work, next day USPS to send title to buyer). At the end of auction the buyer must contact Nova Auto Sales  via phone within 24 hours of the end of auction. A deposit must send to NOVA AUTO SALE at end of auction via PAYPAL.COM as soon as the winning bidder received the email that is sent by paypal.com. Buyers must send $500.00 deposit to guaranteed the purchase. At this time the car will be on hold and we will prepare vehicle for shipping or pickup. The balance due must be received by Nova Auto Sales  within 5 days after end of auction. The vehicle must be paid in full via Money Order/Cashiers Check or wire transfer to our bank account before shipping the vehicle. Once payment is received by Nova Auto Sales will proceed to ship the vehicle.

NOTE: Buyer Pays Actual Shipping Cost.

Payment Terms:  We do not accept eBay secure pay: We do not used eBay secure pay to manage our payments. The only payment you have to make via eBay is the $500 deposit via eBay payments. The balance of the vehicle must be wired transferred to our dealership and our dealership will then overnight any ownership documents, have any questions on this procedure please contact us at 786-431-9046 Buyers must send $500.00 deposit to guaranteed the purchase. At this time the car will be on hold and we will prepare vehicle for shipping or pickup. The balance due must be received by Nova Auto Sales. within 5 days after end of auction. The vehicle must be paid in full via Money Order/Cashiers Check or wire transfer to our bank account before shipping the vehicle.

Pickup Vehicle in person :  If you are coming in to our dealership to pickup the vehicle. The vehicle must be paid in full before you arrive. we are unable to release the vehicle and title with a Cashier's Check. Our bank has started to place holds on Cashier's Check (the hold maybe from 2 to 10 days depends on the bank where the Cashier's Check is from). Not to have any delay on pickup the best way is to pay via bank wire before you plan your trip to our dealership.

Having the Vehicle shipped out :  Once payment in full has been received and payment has cleared our bank then. . We will proceed to overnight the documents and the title of the vehicle. That need to be signed and our copies returned to us before releasing the vehicle to your shipper. (To expedite Shipping the buyer may scan and email us signed copy's of the documents and drop off the 2nd day return package. When we verify the scan documents and the overnight tracking number is in transit. We will release the vehicle to your shipper.)

Title and Vehicle Release :  The title and vehicle will only be release to buyer after the payment has cleared. 

Residents of the state of Florida must pay for tax and tag. 

Register the Vehicle: If you are from out of the state you must register the vehicle in your state within 30day from pickup. Nova Auto Sales. is not responsible to register in your state.. If your state has inspections for Emissions, Safety or any other inspections. we are not  liable or responsible for any fees or any delays on getting inspection done in your state. The buyer must be aware of any laws that there state may have on register a vehicle. It is solely up to the buyer to inform them self before biding on this vehicle.

Bidders: All  bidder must read and understand the rules of  Ebay  and understand all for the terms of  this auction before bidding so at the time there is a winning bidder. That person  is ready and can follow the steps to make payment in full plus be ready to pay for actual cost if shipping vehicle. Bid if you have the funds available to make payment in full for this vehicle. If wining bidder has not follow up on purchase of  this vehicle in the time allowed  in our terms. We will report the member to Ebay and submit negative feedback to that member and will be banded from biding in our future auctions. ONLY BID IF YOU ARE READY TO BUY!!

Shipping:  Nova Auto Sales is not liable for any delays in shipping or if there is any damage done the to vehicle by transporter. All buyers that have a vehicle shipped are responsible to verify the bill of landing at time of delivery to make sure that there is no new damage that is not shown on the bill of landing. If there is a problem the buyer must make a note on bill of landing and contact the home office of the transport company to make a calm with the cargo insurance.

Financing: Nova Auto Sales is not responsible for finding financing for the buyer. If you bid on the vehicle that means that you have finding ready to pay for the vehicle in full within 7 days for the end of auction. If you are financing the vehicle. It is your responsible to verify that your bank will find the loan with a independent dealer and with the type of title the vehicle has. To be safe before you bid contact your bank and give them the VIN number of the vehicle and tell them the type of title the vehicle has and also the mileage. That way they will be able to verify the information of the vehicle and be able to verify your loan... We do not refund deposit because you were unable to complete the loan process.
