By completing a purchase, you agree to our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Payment and Processing Conditions

Payment must be completed within four (4) business days following the purchase date. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of your order. The handling and dispatch time is ten (10) business days from the date of purchase. We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed among our available destinations, please contact us to request a personalized shipping quote.

Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and additional charges are NOT included in the total amount paid. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend consulting your country's customs authority prior to completing your purchase in order to determine any applicable additional costs. These charges are generally collected by the carrier before or after the merchandise arrives at its destination.

Scope of Service and Shipping Liability

Our shipping service concludes at the address provided by the buyer on the sales platform. Should the product be handled and re-shipped to another destination, whether domestic or international, We assumes no responsibility for the condition in which it arrives at the final destination, nor for non-delivery.

Furthermore, customs clearance fees must be paid directly by the buyer, or the buyer must provide the corresponding instructions to the receiving agency.

Packaging and Delivery Conditions

Our products are dispatched in excellent condition using standard packaging. If the buyer requires additional protective packaging, an extra charge will apply. Please notify us immediately after completing your purchase so that the corresponding invoice can be issued. BS Collectors is not responsible for the handling of the product during transit or for customs procedures that may result in damage, bending, or deterioration of the item.

Customs Retention

Should the product be held at the destination customs office due to non-payment of applicable duties, the merchandise will be returned to our warehouse. Return shipping costs and any taxes incurred in our country will be covered by PST Collectibles . If a balance remains in the buyer's favor after deducting these expenses, a refund will be issued accordingly. Otherwise, the buyer forfeits all rights to any claim.

Delivery Address

The address provided on the sales platform must correspond exactly to the delivery location. Once the shipment is in transit, no modifications to the delivery address can be made.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders that have been confirmed and paid cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.


SPECIFIC POLICY FOR VINYL RECORDS

Vinyl records distributed through Plaza Independencia and Warner Argentina (and its subsidiaries) are, in several cases, sold inside resealable clear protective sleeves placed by the record label. Although sealed in this manner, these are new products.

Vinyl records belonging to the Jornal Collection, which include an accompanying booklet, are not handled by specialized record stores or warehouses. As a result, items may arrive with minor bending in some areas. In such cases, no discounts, claims, or returns will be accepted. We will make every effort to select and ship covers in the best possible condition; however, these items are not suitable for strict collecting purposes.

Should you experience any issue with the vinyl received, please send us photographs of the record itself (not the cover), the packaging in which it arrived, the label, and ? if external damage is present ? the box, including any customs tape that may be affixed.
