This is a paperback edition of "The Organized Student: Teaching Children the Skills for Success in School and Beyond" by Donna Goldberg with Jennifer Zwiebel.  This book is in very good condition.  The book cover is intact and unmarred with the except of a narrow 1/2 inch long flaw along the top edge of the front cover where the edge is raised a bit.  The front cover is splayed open a bit.  The spine has slight creasing from being read.  The pages are clean, unmarked, and unfolded.  The bottom outside edge of the pages seem to have been swiped with a black marker.  See pictures.
