Our 100% pure raw honey, crafted by our bees in early to mid-summer in Alaska, is a robust wildflower variety. It boasts a bold, full-bodied blend of floral notes that delight the senses. Enjoy it drizzled over oatmeal, as a glaze for meats, or in your favorite baked treats.
Straight from the hive to your home, our honey remains unprocessed. We meticulously extract different nectar sources throughout the summer to capture their unique flavors. Typically, the darkest honey is harvested from mid-June to mid-July. As the season progresses, the honey lightens, culminating in the highly anticipated Fireweed Honey. Each batch varies in color and flavor, a testament to our hands-on extracting technique.
