This PRO-43 10 channel portable scanner from Radio shack has been used, and is in a box with instructions for a different scanner (a PRO 70, which I'll include in case they are useful).

There are two interchangeable antennae, One is 10 in Long while the other is 8 in Long.  The box is a bit battered, but it does have a price tag for $150 from True Value.
