This is a replacement metal contact membrane sticker for Xbox One controllers. 

If your D-PAD is not working or unreliable then you can easily fix it by fitting one of these. No Soldering required, just open the controller with a few screws.

This is the white version (no difference between white and clear)

Instructions for use:

Unscrew and Lift the analogue board out of the way (being careful not to damage the motor wires).

Unscrew and Remove the power/input PCB. (much easier to get the board in and out if you pop off the RB/LB bumper strip and front USB cover).

Peel off the old sticker and fit the new one. I use a small drill bit in one of the holes to help align it.
