All serial numbers are recorded and multiple internal photographs are taken for fraud prevention. All items are well packed and a reputable courier is used. The boxing up procedure is also photographed so the condition of the laptop can be verified.

Abuse of eBay’s returns procedure will be reported to eBay. Any attempt at fraud will be reported to eBay and the police.

Courier delivery times are counted in weekday hours. Tracking numbers should be automatically viewable on eBay but they don’t always update correctly in which case they can be viewed on the courier’s website, if you have any questions please ask and I can check it for you.

International delivery is by eBay’s Global Shipping Program which means I ship to eBay’s UK shipping centre and they then forward it to you using their choice of courier. GSP tracking should update when it has left the shipping centre. If you have any queries about GSP or their tracking eBay should be able to assist you.

Collection is not available. No equipment is stored at listed address.

If you have any issues after purchase please message me first before starting the returns process. Some issues may be easily solvable, for example a perceived fault with an item may be solvable by changing a software setting etc Any returned item must be in the same exact condition as when received. If an item is scratched, marked or damaged in any way return may be refused. Please note multiple photographs of all items are taken including serial numbers and internal components.
