MY RETURN POLICY:

I accept returns on Buy-It-Now store inventory within 30 days of the original delivery of the item as long as the items are in the same condition as when they shipped.  I do not accept opened/damaged/used items back in return.  I strongly prefer that the customer contacts me via direct message with photos of the item condition and an explanation of what went wrong/the reason for the return.  I am more than happy to work out the solution directly through messaging, and prefer this to chargebacks or opening an eBay ticket (please give me an opportunity to make things right!)

NOTE: I do not accept returns on auction items, unless the item is lost/damaged by the shipper in transit (with supporting data). Because these are clearance auctions, and the time window to sell these items is limited, I cannot accept returns of the items after the close of the auction.
