Incorrect Delivery Details If you provided wrong delivery details, let us know within 2 hours to update the address. Otherwise, we will ship to the address provided.

Multiple Shipments Items with multiple boxes may be delivered separately.

Delivery Times and Management Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM. You can track and manage your delivery using all the tracking numbers provided.

Ground Floor and Doorstep Delivery We only deliver to the ground floor. This is a doorstep delivery service, so couriers will leave items at your front door.

Missed Deliveries If you're not available for two delivery attempts, a £25 fee per item will be charged before resending. The same fee will be deducted from refunds for returned items.

Returns

Order Cancellation Cancel your order within 3 hours of payment. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Unwanted Items Returns, except for defective items, are considered as unwanted. Unwanted items must be returned in original packaging. If not, a £20 handling fee per item and a 50% refund deduction will apply.

Return Costs You are responsible for unwanted items’ return shipping costs and risks.

Damaged Items If items are found damaged at delivery, sign them as "damaged" or refuse delivery. If not noted, claims may be rejected.

Damage Claims Send photos of damaged items to us. We will review and send replacement parts or a new unit if needed.
