TERMS & CONDITIONS:

PARTS DELIVERED BY COURIER :

- please check packages BEFORE you sign for delivery as this means you have received the package in a good condition and therefore no claims can be made against the courier.

- We also use various other courier service and post office depending on the size and weight.

- Postage prices are for UK Mainland only ( England , Wales and South Scotland )

- Postcodes outside of mainland UK will occur extra charges therefore please contact us before you purchase.

- You are welcome to arrange your own courier or collect from ourselves at your own convenience.

- If a pallet delivery is MISSED, you will have to pay the RE-DELIVERY CHARGES OR COLLECT from the depot close to you.

RETURNS:

- Returns are accepted up to 14 days of receipt of item.

- Parts that are returned will incur a 20% Restocking fee. No postage will be refunded and any delivery charges will be deducted.

- In a situation that a part we have supplied was correct however the customer has made an error , No refunds will be made.

- Any parts we have will be stated clearly what components come with it. E.g a door sold complete will come with all the locks , mechanisms , regulators etc and a shell will be bare not including nothing in the door.

FAULTY ITEMS :

- If an event a part we have sent is faulty, a replacement part will be sent AFTER the original item has been received and checked by ourselves. If in some cases a replacement part is not available, a refund will be issued however we DO NOT refund postage.

SECURITY MARKS:

- All items are marked for security and fraud prevention therefore DO NOT remove these markings or you will not be liable for a refund.
