This watch bears a 2.36 million serial number corresponding to 1969 production. Please see all listing photos. It is featured here with a well preserved 40mm case and later type 93150 Oyster bracelet with correct 580 end links and spring bars. It is an unpolished watch with sharp lug holes, original beveled case edges and good clear stampings. The original Singer dial may have been possibly refinished at some point in its life and is beautiful but not perfect, it is missing some minor lume at the 10 o'clock marker and has a small mark to the right of the coronet logo. It shows beautiful cream patina with aged mercedes hands and a very nice bezel insert with cream pearl. This watch shows and presents very well. The Rolex Cal. 1570 movement condition is in excellent condition. Coeval open 6 & 9 date disc.The acrylic crystal is clean and has been lightly buffed. The later Oyster bracelet is clean, tight and very good w/ adjustable folding deployant buckle and built in wetsuit dive extender. The overall condition of this watch is very nice throughout, it is reliable and can be worn daily. It has been cleaned and recently serviced with new seals and a new genuine Rolex crown. Not recommended for swimming but is water resistant.This watch functions properly and accurately.
