New for 2025 and beyond Grandaire will be using R-454B the lowest GWP (Globel Warming Potential) and Non-ozone depleting refrigerant on the market to date. The utilization of R-454B refrigerant is in line with our legacy of dedication to environmental stewardship. This refrigerant achieves a remarkable 75% reduction in Global warming potential while preserving the non-ozone depleting properties of our previous refrigerant 410A.

Its quiet electric heating and cooling can be used your round in warmer climates, or pair it with a compatible gas furnace and thermostat to gain dual fuel heating efficiency in colder climates.
