Between my 3 homes in California, NYC, and STL, I've amassed probably a $700K-$800K collection of clothing, shoes, and accessories. Guest room closets in all 3 homes are filled with clothes or bins full of them. GRADUALLY listing 250-300 items. 100% purchased direct from designer sites or Bergdorf Goodman, Saks, Neimans, Barneys (RIP). Very time consuming to list, but therapeutic at the same time. Was buying to a point where I would open boxes 2-6 months later to find out I clicked on wrong size. Too late to return. Whoops. My assistant and housekeepers would sometimes handle boxes, remove labels and hang them in the closet ready to be worn, but officially ran out of all closet space.

A couple of important notes:

1. I will not be providing measurements or pictures, other than what is already listed.
For context: I’m 35, 6’0, 175 lbs, athletic/muscular build. If you already know your size in a specific designer, extremely high probability nothing has changed. Hence why the majority of shopping is done online today and detailed measurements are not provided on brand sites.

2. Pricing is firm within a reasonable range.
Depending on the piece, I’m generally listing items at around 60% off retail. To those of you who want to low ball and pay 20-30% of MSRP -please- ask yourself what is the point of trying to look like/keep up with the one percent? Apologies, but as blunt as that sounds, completely rational.
