This is a Netgear XS512EM 12 Port Multigig ( 1/2.5/5/10 Gb) and 2 port SFP+ Managed switch. This can be used with Netgear Insight but does not have to be.  Device has been reset and unregistered.  It comes with everything as originally supplied (power cord, rack ears with mounting hardware, and rubber feet).  Original documentation and box is included.  Works great.  Was used for about a year in a residential application.
