Sealed and in near mint condition. Only flaw I could find was a ding on the back of the card (see pics for more info).

Will be packed safely. The figure will be put in its mailer box, and then I'll put that in a well padded box. I'm not one of those shmucks that just puts a shipping label directly on the mailer box.
