The mallard heads and the bottom are all brass the tubing to the tools do not seem to be brass because they do not pass the magnet test. The grabber may be brass, but it has a little bit of a different finish. The bottom tubing is also slightly bent could be adjusted. There is some tarnish and will need to be cleaned up.
