Payment Policy
We only accept payment via PayPal. Please be advised that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Shipping Policy
All items will be inspected for damage before packing. All items are new unless otherwise specified in the listing. All items will be shipped to your eBay address. Please be sure your address has been updated to reflect your current shipping address and please make sure to provide us with correct, precise and detailed shipping information. Orders will be shipped by USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Return & Refund Policy
We do allow returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package with reason for returning the item. Please insure the item for the full amount when returning your items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Freight must be prepaid! (any C.O.D. will be refused). Return items must arrive in the same condition as they were when they were originally shipped. Credit replacement will not be given for items damaged through IMPROPER usage, installation, modification, tampering or disassembly. The cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges, will be promptly credited via the payment method used.
Please contact us immediately if something is damaged. Once the package is handed over to the shipper we cannot be held responsible for damage to the package and its contents. If a package arrives with damage it helps to photograph the damage to be include with the claim. We will work with you and the carrier to receive your refund. Please understand that all packages are insured for proper value. Item refund will be paid as soon as we are paid.
