A1:  For the Frame, we have 2 years warranty. And for the wheels, we have 12 months warranty.

Q2:How long can I receive my item?

A2:we will send it within 5-15work days after you make payment.

Q3: Do you have tracking NO. give to me after you have finish delivery?

A3: Yes, we will give you tracking NO. After we have delivery.

Warranty policy

We promise warranty for quality in 36 months. We will repair or replace it free of charge if defective part was found in 1 months after receive. You will need to pay the shipping cost if the defects found whthin 12 months.

Return and Refund Policy

1.When you receive the goods, please check it before you sign in.

If you find the goods was broken, please do follow the steps:

A)reject the package;

B) let us know immediately (with photos);

C)submit a damaged report to EMS in your end.

We will not be responsible for all quality problem caused by rough

handling in transportation after you sign for your package.

2.If you find any quality problem with 7 days starting from the goods receiving date by your side can be returned or replaced, and all the

freight occurred to be paid by us.
