Collector’s bear by The Dean’s / Gwentoy Group.  It has a fabric label, but no other card label or identifier.  He measures approx. 15 inches fully extended.  In good overall condition, but the green ribbon has some staining, and there is a small patch of stuck / glued hair to his right side.
