Core return address should be provided in your package but we ask that you confirm this address with us prior to shipping the core. If the core is returned to the wrong address, we cannot process any refund. If for any reason you need the shipping address to return the core, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to change the terms of the 14 day core return policy. Once we receive confirmation from the warehouse that the core is received and accepted by the warehouse, we will be able to refund the core cost. Thank you!
