Conditions and Responsibilities:
You guarantee that the ignition has not been opened or tampered with by anyone, including yourself, in an attempt to fix the fault. We cannot guarantee that your ignition switch can be cloned if someone has already tried and failed to repair it, as they may have damaged internal components, making the ignition switch irreparable. If you attempted to fix it yourself and didn’t inform us, we will notice anyway. Please don’t waste your time and ours. If the ignition switch is non-fixable due to previous repair attempts, it is your responsibility to provide a postage label for us to return the ignition switch to you.
We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged goods during mail transit. If products are shipped out in a damaged condition, it is not our responsibility to repair or replace the modules or any other items received in the package. Automobiles have many complex systems, and a misdiagnosis on your part does not warrant a refund if our service does not resolve the issue with your vehicle.
