This Listing is for the meter only - There os no 12V adapeter or Power Sensor with it.
The 12V adapter is standard with the Positive in the center and is widely available.

This was used in a small Laser Manufacturing Company.
They changed to a different style of measurement.

This is tested and works well.
The battery seems to hold a charge as seen in the pictures.
