Geometric Foam Prop Care Guide
To keep your photos looking fresh, your props need tender loving care!
To clean your geometric foam props, lightly dust with a microfibre cleaning cloth.
Our geometric foam props are NOT waterproof!
To clean your geometric acrylic props, use warm water and a sponge. A soft towel can be used to dry the prop.
To avoid marks and scratches to your geometric props, store flat in a cool dry space.

Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 12 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on business days will be shipped the same day from our Sydney Metro warehouse. Orders placed after 12 PM AEST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Our Sydney warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays.
Pickup Option
Pickup is available from our Alexandria showroom during business hours.

Please note that delivery time is measured from the moment your order is dispatched and does not account for any delays due to local customs procedures or carrier issues. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind purchases.
- Incorrect choices made by the buyer.
You are entitled to a refund, exchange, or store credit if the product:
- Is faulty or develops a major defect.
- Has been incorrectly described.
- Is significantly different from a sample or listing.
- Does not perform as expected or as advertised.
Return Conditions
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. If not, the return may be refused and sent back at the buyer's expense.
Product Advice & Buyer Responsibility
We provide product recommendations based on the information you provide. However, the final purchase decision rests with the buyer. Under ACCC guidelines, we do not offer refunds for incorrect choices or change-of-mind returns.
Faulty Items & Warranty Claims
All products are quality-checked before shipping. In the rare event you receive a faulty item, please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the fault.
- Photos or videos for assessment.
Once we receive the returned item, our assessment takes up to 3 business days. If approved, we will dispatch a replacement or process a refund/store credit. Standard shipping timeframes apply to replacements.

For local customers, we also offer cash payment upon pickup at our Sydney showroom.
