This is based off of the retro puffy stickers in the 80's but now it can be made with new wave of UV DTF stickers.

Sticker Size is H 4.5 x W 3 " and you will get a small sample as well.

Instructions are in the photos but it will be included with the sticker as well. 

These can be installed on any hard surface and are build like than and are much bolder in color and texture vs Vinyl plus they will last forever since they have UV cured clear coat on top of them.
