The rare antique book in the photos is the actual item up for sale. The outside hardcover is rough. There is a lot of spotting/staining/foxing to the pages, some pages are worse than others. The binding is in pretty good condition for its age. There is a former owners name written on the 2nd inside end page and some pencil markings on a handful of the pages throughout. No missing pages. Please look at all the photos closely. Please checkout my store for more old books and other fun and interesting items. Thanks for looking.
