This is a NEW ACTION FIGURE STAMPER, by ROSE ART AND DISNEY, from the THE LITTLE MERMAID, 8141 Collection. It is 3-1/2" tall, still Sealed in Original Packaging, which do have some wear, especially around edges. Thank you for looking.
