By linking Pokémon GO Plus + with Pokémon Sleep, Pikachu will appear in Pokémon Sleep wearing a Nightcap to help you train your Snorlax. 

You'll also receive a special profile icon featuring Pikachu wearing a Nightcap. 

You can also earn up to 500 diamonds depending on the total amount of sleep you accumulate using Pokémon GO Plus +.
