Tightening Torque Specifications:

  • Drive Belt Tensioner Bolt: 25 Nm (~18 ft-lbs) + 90° turn

  • Drive Belt Idler Pulley Bolt: 40 Nm (~29.5 ft-lbs)

Important Notes:

  • Not compatible with mechanical belt tensioners using part number 11 28 7 565 225

  • Will NOT fit vehicles equipped with "Adaptive Drive" chassis & suspension setup

  • Not compatible with vehicles having automatic 4-zone climate control
