I couldn't resist this at a yard sale. It's in such good shape!  The elderly lady said that it was given to her by her grandmother. Her name is penned on the inside. I found 3 dates inside of it, 1908, 1911, and I think 1920. Regardless, it's antique if any of these dates!

It is approx. 2-1/8" x 3-3/8" x 5/8" thick.

Google Translate gave me to versions of the cover.  "Souvenir accepting the first one Holy Communion" and another time it gave me " Souvenir of receiving First Holy Communion.  The whole book is in Polish.

No tears, binding is good. Two pages have a corner bent, and I did see some discoloration on some pages. The print on the cover is shiny gold and also the pages are edged in gold. Bottom of the spine's cover is "chipped", like paint.
