Each watch comes with a warranty card from the watchmaker who serviced it. If your watch stops working, you can contact us. To do this, you need to send us the watch for diagnostics in its original packaging along with the warranty card. Shipping costs both ways are paid by the buyer. Diagnostics are free. If the watch is damaged, you will have to pay for repairs. If the warranty period has passed, we are still ready to help you with watch repairs. In addition to paying for round-trip shipping, you'll have to pay for diagnostics and repairs.
