Note) Please note if the product is the electronic non-portable product wiht plug-in cable(s), the product is designed to be used with AC100 voltage. You are required to use a transformer to adjust voltage to your local country in case you country use 200V-240V, if you Don't use transformer the devise will be broke. Return Policy / No Refund

Please note the return / refund policy are the followings :

No return requests due to customer circumstances accepted : In the case of a return due to customer circumstances, any return requests cannot be accepted from the fact the product is the medium (i.e. books, photo collections, DVDs, music casettes, etc.). This term will be applicable to the following cases :

　　　○Inconveniences in the damage, scratches, or stains on the product box

○14 days has elapsed after the date on logistics delivery record.
